Another weekly update!!

Last week when we received our email from Sister Carr in the Pines, we were concerned because of the health issues she seemed to be having. This week she writes that she is feeling 100% better since she's made some dietary changes and she continues on with her missionary duties.

Hermana Carr, in Mexico also had some exciting news to share with us this week.   We are so proud of both of our missionaries and continue to love and support them in all that they do.

Our daughter in the Pines celebrated her birthday this week and we took a some family pictures to send her our birthday wishes.

Even though we couldn't send it, we had to make her a gluten free birthday cake.

Mom and Dad...the best mom and dad. Have a great anniversary!!!! I am so blessed to have YOU as my parents.
You are both so special to me and I am forever grateful to my Heavenly Father for blessing me with great examples of love and devotion!
I have never doubted how much I am loved and I can't wait to be a mom and blame the great love that I have for my kids on you!!!

Well I am thankful for you, I miss you, I love you!!!

Happy Anniversary and I am sending you from across the sea the biggest hug and kiss from  me. (:

THANK YOU FAMILY FOR THE PICTURES AND THE BIRTHDAY WISHES!!!!!!! I had a great Bday!!!!!!

It was pretty low key we of course went to church and did our normal missionary duties and last night the Bishop and his family made dinner for me at their home so that was a lot fun. Saturday Sister S.  and I went to lunch with some other sisters. And I guess on Wednesday my zone is having a party for me.
Before I forget please tell President Markham congratulations for me!!! that is incredible and he is going to to great!!!

Anyway this week was a really good week. Sobrang Mabalis!!! Anyway we have 6 ibds right now....some are doing well and some we are a little confused about what it is they need. Speaking of investigators, I just got a letter from Sister B. and our investigator Brother N. got baptized on the 15th!!!!!!!! astig di ba???  I am so excited for him. Sister S. and I have a lot of baptisms planned for March... we are just hoping that we are BOTH still here and everything works out, either way it will!!

Not much else to report. I felt 100 times better this week than last!!! I am doing a lot better. I haven't gotten my package yet pero sana on Wednesday!!!

I"m Gonna be a Mom!!

Haha Hope the title of the email didn´t freak you out too much!

Haha so this week was, well interesting to say the least...

Oh, but first, Mom and Dad I hope you had a SPECTACULAR anniversary! Congrats! LOVE YOU!

So, it was my second week in my new area and we had two more baptisms! YAY! Hermano P. and Hermana A. (husband and wife)! They are awesome! And Hermano P. teaches me maya :) I´m determined to learn both Spanish and Maya while I´m here haha :)

So last night we got a call letting us know if we had changes. We did. Hermana M. is going to open an area and train a new sister missionary! Que potente no?! Even though we were only companions for two weeks, I love Hermana M ! She's incredible! Along with this news, I also found out that I will also be training a new sister missionary...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I freaked out a little. I just finished my training this past week (it´s 12 weeks long) and now it´s my turn to train. I must say, I´m a little scared because I still don´t know this area all that well and I´m still learning Spanish. But honestly, I´m also really excited! Terrified, but excited, haha!

So when someone becomes a trainer, they become a parent. That´s why I said I´m going to be a mama! My daughter will be the new missionary I´m going to train! Haha kinda silly, but it´s fun. I´m seriously so nervous! We´re here in Merida today to have a meeting with the president and tomorrow I will meet my daughter and  we´ll go back to our town to continue working.

I know the Lord has called me to be a trainer for a reason. I have something to learn and perhaps have something to teach this new sister. I don´t quite know yet but I´m choosing to have faith in the Lord. He has faith in me. I know that when I make the decision to depend on Him, He will bless me with the ability to do His work. I´m trying not to be scared. I´m trying to be brave and remember always that He knows me and my capabilities. He wouldn´t call me to train if He knew I couldn´t. Which means I must have it in me somewhere, I just have to find it! Haha I know I will and I know that I will continue to have the strength and guidance of the Lord :)

This gospel is true family! I´m telling you without any doubt in my heart this gospel is TRUE! Although we face challenges, our Heavenly Father will ALWAYS provide a way to overcome them, but we must be faithful and strong! Thank you all for your faith and love and support! I couldn´t do this without you guys! I love you all with all my heart!

Con todo mi amor siempre,
Sarahbeara :)
